False Opening Level 11, Dodge (Feat), <Close-Quarters Thrower (Feat) -OR- Point-Blank Master (Feat)>, Weapon Focus (Feat) with selected ranged weapon. May choose to provoke attacks of opportunity; gain +4 AC vs. attacks
Far Shot  1 Level 16, Weapon Focus (Feat) Decrease ranged penalties by half
Fast Crawl  1 Level 6 Move at half speed or make 5-foot steps while Prone.
Fast Healer Level 6, Diehard (Feat), Endurance (Feat) Add half CON modifier to any healing applied to you.
Fearsome Barricade  1 Level 16, Intimidate 15 ranks Intimidate those who attack your allies.
Feint Partner Level 6 If your partner successfully feints, opponent is also flat-footed against your next attack
Feral Combat Training  1 Level 1 Gain +1 to hit with all attacks, but you cannot fight defensively
Field Repair  1 Level 6, Profession 6 ranks You can repair broken items
Fire Music Bard Level 6, Spellcraft 6 ranks, ability to cast bard spells Replace bard spell damage with fire damage.
Flanking Foil Level 1 Foes you strike lose their flanking bonus against you
Flesh or Bones Level 21, Channel Divinity class feature Affect living and undead with channeled energy at the same time.
Flexible Activation Ranger 6, Quarry class feature Learn an additional quarry activation ability from the Quarry Activations list.
Focused Inspiration Warlord 6, Inspiration class ability Use inspiration on a single target, maximizing dice results
Focused Shot Level 6, Weapon Focus (Feat), Precise Shot (Feat) Add Int modifier on damage rolls with bows or crossbows
Foe Breaker  1 <Fighter 26 -OR- level 36+>, Weapon Focus (Feat), Weapon Focus, Greater (Feat), Weapon Focus, Epic (Feat), and, Weapon Specialization (Feat), Weapon Specialization, Greater (Feat), Weapon Specialization, Epic (Feat), and, Weapon Supremacy (Feat), in the chosen weapon Once per round, reduce a struck foe's damage.
Following Step  1 Level 11, Step Up (Feat) Move up to 10 feet as an immediate action when a foe moves away
Fortified Armor Training  1 Level 1, Proficient with armor or shield Sunder your own armor or shield to turn a critical hit against you into a normal hit
Friendly Fire Maneuvers Level 1 Take only half damage from a chosen ally's attacks, when you are included in those attacks.
Friendly Switch Level 16, Dodge (Feat), Mobility (Feat), Spring Attack (Feat) Switch places with an ally as part of a 5-foot-step.
Fundament Spell +2 Caster Level 16, Element Spell, Rudiment Spell You can alter the damage type of a spell to one rare energy damage type.
