Great magical hailstones pound down upon casting this spell, dealing (Circle 3 damage): 1d6 points of damage per character level (max 10d6 at character level 10) of bludgeoning (physical, common) to every creature in the area. This damage only occurs once, when the spell is cast. In addition, creature suffer the Slowed condition. Affected creatures are allowed a save as defined above to take half damage and negate the condition.
