Description

This poultice is made of rich, wholesome grains, fruits, nuts, and strengthening roots, herbs, and fungi. When the holder slathers it onto their body, smears it onto a hard biscuit, and eats it, they harden their form, inside and out, against the stresses of long travel. While under the effects of this spell, you are immune to damage caused by hustling and forced marches, nor do you become fatigued from such activities.
