Titanic (Armor Magic Property)

Enchant Cost: +3

A suit of armor with the titanic ability is almost comically oversized, though the effect is superficial and the interior fits a creature normally, with no adjustments necessary.

A creature wearing titanic armor is considered one size category larger for the purpose of using or being affected by special attacks that depend on size, such as swallow whole and trample.

A creature wearing titanic armor adds 10 pounds times the armors enhancement bonus to their Light load, with corresponding increases to their other weight categories. Wearing Titanic Armor often means you can actually carry MORE weight, rather than less.

Once per day on command, the wearer can increase their size as if using Enlarge Person (even if the wearer is not humanoid) until the end of the current encounter, the end of the next encounter, or until they take a full night's rest. This actual increase in their size stacks with the massive bulk of the armor described above to make the wearer even more difficult to affect with powers such as swallow whole, etc.

In addition, once per encounter as a free action the wearer can add the armor's enhancement bonus to a single Might check or combat maneuver check, or to their Maneuver Defense against a single combat maneuver. Despite its great bulk, the armor check penalty of titanic armor is not changed by this property.

Creation: Creator (Feat), Bailiwick Check (DC 30), a pale remnant (tier 2), and an item symbolic of the enchantment.
