Journeyman's Wand of Stillness

CL 21 Magic Wand • Strong Enchantment
Cost: 340,000 gp
Weight: 0.5 lbs.
Family: Wand of Stillness

A wand of stillness is not made of wood at all, but a kind of concrete made from crushed, powdered basilica grass and a fine aggregate of fibrous roots, congealed into the shape of a wand through the use of an alchemical adherent of some kind. The net effect is a thin, pencil-like wand about 10 inches long and a quarter of an inch thick, that glitters like broken glass, or finely-cut diamonds.

Wands of stillness are popular among arcane-minded rogues, bards, and others who enjoy sleight of hand as a means of distracting from their true, deadly intentions.

A journeyman's wand of stillness grants the wielder the ability to apply the effects of the Still Spell (Feat) to any 1st through 7th level spell, up to once per round, without increasing the spell level of the spell.

The wielder must already possess the Still Spell (Feat) to use this wand. Without the feat, the wand is unusable.

This magic item does not require an attunement period, and grants its benefits immediately upon being worn or wielded.

Creation: Creator (Feat), Epic Creator (Feat), Bailiwick Check (DC 52 (10 + double CL)), Bright (tier 3) remnant, An item symbolic of the enchantment, 170,000 gp (minus cost of symbolic item).
