Elemental Control - Minor
Effect: The Scion gains Resist 5 to powers containing the Acid, Cold, Fire, Lightning or Thunder keywords. GM's may adjudicate that this resistance applies to other damage types which are elemental in nature.
Daily: Standard Action (implement or weapon or holy symbol)
Range: Burst 3 within 10 squares
Target: Enemies in burst
Attack: Blood vs. Fort
Hit: Target takes 2d10 Acid, Cold, Fire, Lightning or Thunder damage (player chooses when the power is used).
