Effect: The regent can project his feelings and his desire for action to any trusted lieutenant, close friend or family member inside a domain he controls. No two-way communication is possible, but the regent may empathically make his wishes made known in a general way. As a result, the regent can respond to threats in his realm while hundreds or even thousands of miles away. This power may be used at any time, even if there is no threat to the regent's domain. This allows the regent to remotely update realm actions. This power is most effective when used in conjunction with the Major version of Home Hearkening.
