Effect: The scion takes no penalties to attack rolls while fighting underwater.
Effect: The scion gains Darkvision 10 while underwater. This vision does not extend above the waterline.
Note: The scion must still worry about drowning and the scion's movement still requires an athletics check if they do not have a swim move speed.
