The Regent's Scorn - Great
Encounter: Standard Action (psychic, implement or holy symbol or weapon, reliable)
Range: Close Burst 3
Target: All enemies and objects in burst
Attack: Blood vs. AC
Hit: The targets take 3d10 + Blood Stat modifier Blood damage. Until the end of the Scion's next turn, the target takes a -2 penalty to any attack rolls made against the Scion. Any objects targeted take damage which bypasses their hardness scores.
