Description

As you speak the syllables of this spell, one of your hands is wreathed with burning fire. As you complete the incantation, a boiling cone of searing flame shoots from your fingertips, filling a space fifteen feet on a side. This flame affects all creatures in a 3x3 space adjacent to your own space. Any creature caught wholly or partially in the area of the flames takes (Circle 1 damage): 1d6 points of damage per character level (max 4d6 at character level 4) as fire (energy, common). Creatures affected are allowed a REFL saving throw to reduce the damage by half as they step aside, dive for cover, or whip up a protective arm (or other appendage). Unattended flammable materials ignite if the flames touch them. A character can extinguish these burning items as a full-round action.
