A mighty cleaving weapon allows a wielder using the Cleave combat maneuver to add their STR modifier to damage as base weapon damage to all cleave targets. As base weapon damage, this damage is multiplied as the wielder increases to levels 6, 11, 16, 21, 26, and 31.
