Benefit: A rogue with this talent can reduce any penalties being applied to the DC of their Movement checks to Climb by up to +2 per experience tier of the Rogue class they possess (i.e. negate up to 2 points of penalty at Rogue levels 1-5, negate up to 4 points of penalty at levels 6-10, etc., to a maximum of up to 14 points of penalty negation if the rogue possesses all seven tiers of the rogue class (i.e. at least Rogue level 31)).

If the rogue is able to negate more penalties than the Climb check actually calls for, any additional penalty negation is lost. The best the rogue can do is negate all the penalties of the Climb check with the Nimble Climber talent; it can never turn into an actual bonus on the roll.
