Obliteration damage comes from truly massive impacts, such as being swept up in a tidal wave of jagged stone, or smashing full speed into a Crystal Sphere. It is akin to very extreme levels of falling damage, and spectacularly harmful falls might also inflict obliteration damage. Obliteration damage leaves behind only splinters and smears of tissue. Very dangerous.
