Slotless items do not need to fit into a character's worn or wielded item slots, they simply need to be carried to be used. Some of them require activation, but in many cases, simply having them grants you their magic. Unlike normal, slotted items that must be worn or wielded, there is no limit to the number of slotless items a character can own and use.
