Wand of Toppling

Magic Wand - Enchantment Aura

A wand of toppling is made of a translucent material that is slightly warm to the touch. At a guess, it would appear the wand is made of coherent force, rather than an actual material. It is entirely inflexible, but it is only 9 inches long and rounded on both ends, making it largely unusable as a weapon, except as it augment's the wielder's own magical assaults.

The owner of this magic item must wear it continuously for 24 hours to attune it to their aura, and until that time has passed, it provides no benefits to the wearer.

If the check equals or exceeds this target, the target is also quelled, in addition to the damage the spell normally inflicts.

This wand can only apply the knockdown effect to one target, even if the force-based spell or spell-like ability can target more than one creature. The wielder chooses which one they want to try to affect.
