Prerequisites: Arcane Caster Level 16, Arcane Shield (Feat)
Benefit: Whenever you use the Arcane Shield feat, you now round fractions up to determine the dodge bonus gained. This allows 1st level spells to be used for this purpose, although 0th level spells still grant no bonus. You also gain a +1 circumstance bonus to your Armor Class until the start of your next turn.
