Prerequisites: Level 16, Wild Shape class feature, Knowledge (Planes) 5 ranks

Benefit: When you use Wild Shape I (Druid Spell) or any higher level version of that spell to take the form of an animal, you can expend an additional spell slot to add the Celestial Creature or Fiendish Creature pattern to your animal form.
