Your intimacy with runes and the mysteries of ancient arcana has taught you secret ways to draw greater power from magical writings.
Prerequisites: <Level 11 OR Caster Level 6>, Creator (Feat)
Benefit: You cast spells from scrolls at +2 caster level higher for every 3 levels (drop fractions) by which you exceed the scroll's caster level. For example, if you are level 10, and purchase a caster level 1 scroll of cure light wounds, the effective caster level of the scroll when you cast from it would actually be 7th (1 for the scroll itself and 6 for exceeding the scroll's level by 9 levels). This benefit extends to scrolls that you have created.
In addition, you gain a +2 feat bonus on caster level checks or Use Magic Device checks made to activate a scroll with a higher caster level than your own.
