Uncanny Accuracy
Prerequisites: Level 21+, Dex 21, Improved Precise Shot, Perception 17 ranks.
Benefit: Your ranged attacks ignore the miss chance granted to targets by total concealment. You must still aim your attacks at the correct square to take advantage of this feat.
