Plentiful Harvest - Minor

Effect: In a domain controlled by the scion with this ability, harvests are more bountiful than usual (unless affected by some outside source other than natural weather). Happiness in the domain is increased by 1.

Effect: Any time the scion uses an ability which transfers healing from herself to someone else (as with the Paladin's Lay on Hands, or the item Belt of Sacrifice, etc.) the healing granted is boosted by the scion's Blood Stat modifier, in addition to any other modifiers which would normally be granted.
