If you drink a vial of this chalky, sour mixture, you get a +2 alchemical bonus on Fortitude saving throws against poison for 1 hour. If already poisoned, you may instead make a bonus saving throw immediately, without the +2 bonus. Bonus saves do not increment the poison's effects toward fruition, regardless of whether or not the save is successful.
