Condition Severity: Strong
You are as frail and weak as a newborn kitten.
Effects
- You cannot perform any action requiring you to use a full attack action, or a full-round action, such as Spring Attack or applying a Metamagic effect to a spell.
- Your attacks deal no dice damage, only your damage bonus, if any, from magic enhancement, an ability modifier, etc., to a maximum of your character level.
- If your attacks have non-damaging effects, they are still resolved normally.
Ended By
If the ability, trap, or effect description includes specific directions for how the condition is ended, then that is the primary means of ending this condition. In many cases, it is the only way to end the condition. If nothing is specifically listed for ending the condition, then the following methods can be used to end it, instead:
- Spend a standard action to collect your breath, and re-center yourself, reducing the condition to Withered.
- If not cleared, Atrophied automatically ends at the end of the encounter.
- Alternatively, if an ally performs an Aid Another action to your benefit, instead of getting any other bonus, this condition is reduced to Withered.
