Range: Close Burst 2
Target: One creature or object
Attack: Blood vs. Refl
Hit: The target takes 6d12 + Blood Stat modifier Radiant damage. If this power is used against an unattended object (i.e. not being held/wielded by someone) the damage ignores the hardness of the material affected. This power can affect up to 10 cubic feet of material. Materials affected become infused with energy and often melt or boil away, sometimes turning completely into vapor.
