Loch Raven - Great
Effect: The scion may move through any liquid at double his move speed, unhindered by things such as currents or tides. The scion also gains resist 10 to any damaging environmental effects from liquids such as cold or the heat from lava. If the scion also has the major version of this ability, the water-breathing ability applies to any liquid. Furthermore, with the minor version of this power, the scion can fight without penalty in any liquid, instead of just water.
