Poise - Great
Effect: You can reduce the distance you are pushed, pulled or slid by 1. This is additive with any other power which does the same.
Daily: Free action
Effect: After you have successfully hit an opponent, you may use this ability to slide them a number of squares equal to your Blood Stat modifer. You can only affect one target with this ability. The target is immobilized (save ends).
