|Benefit=When your Banner is displayed, in addition to all normal Banner bonuses you serve as an uplifting inspiration to your allies.  At the start of their round, any ally who can perceive your banner may expend a swift action to receive your inspirational power. Doing so grants that ally a number of temporary hit points equal to your Charisma modifier, though it does not use up any of the Warlord's uses of Inspiration for the day. Note that these temporary hit points count to trigger warlord abilities that require an ally to have temp hit points granted by the warlord in order to function.
