Prerequisites: Greater Banner class feature.
Benefit: When your Banner is displayed, in addition to all normal Banner bonuses you serve as an uplifting inspiration to your allies. At the start of their round, any ally who can perceive your banner may expend a swift action to receive your inspirational power. Doing so grants that ally a number of temporary hit points equal to your Charisma modifier. Note that these temporary hitpoints count to trigger warlord abilities that require an ally to have temp hitpoints granted by the warlord in order to function.
