Benefit: If an opponent has damaged you within the past minute, you may study that opponent as a move action. Thereafter, the next time in that encounter that you hit that creature with a melee attack, the target takes 1 point of bleed damage per two character levels you possess, round down, minimum one, each round at the start of each of its turns.

Note: The bleeding can be stopped by an Easy DC Heal check or the application of any effect that heals hit point damage. Bleed damage does not stack. Bleed damage bypasses any damage reduction the creature might possess. Since Bleed is a moderate condtion, this feat may be used to trigger synergies and disable healing.
