Cavalry Whip Mastery

Prerequisites: Proficiency with the Cavalry Whip

Benefits: You can use the cavalry whip to make attacks and threaten targets that are 10 feet away. You still cannot attack adjacent targets, nor do you threaten them.

Normal: The cavalry whip cannot target any enemies within 10 feet of the wielder, nor does it threaten those targets.
