Change Alignment (Discovery)

Prerequisites: Alchemist 12

Benefit: Once per day as part of their preparation of extracts, the alchemist can brew a bonus extract that, when imbibed, shifts their alignment to good, neutral or evil, as the Alchemist chooses. This change in alignment lasts until the end of the next encounter, the alchemist's next full night's rest, or 24 hours, whichever is sooner. The alchemist may only brew one such extract per day.

The effects of this extract may have serious repercussions for an alchemist suddenly struggling with a new outlook. Many see it as little more than voluntary insanity, and some good-aligned faiths outlaw its use.
