You distract your enemies with ranged attacks to protect your allies.

Prerequisites: Level 1

Benefit: Once per round, you can attempt the aid another action as a standard attack, resolving it as a ranged touch attack against an opponent you can perceive (instead of a melee touch attack requiring a standard action). Your target opponent doesn't necessarily have to be threatening any of your allies who have this feat for you to use this action. Range penalties apply to this attack roll.

If the attack is successful, any of your allies who also have this feat gain a +2 circumstance bonus to AC against the next attack that opponent's attempts against them, as long as the attack comes before the start of your next turn. If you have multiple allies with this feat, the bonus applies to each of them, and grants its AC bonus against the first attack the opponent attempts against each of them, as long as it occurs before the start of your next turn.

This bonus stacks with any other circumstance bonuses to AC your allies might already possess, including bonuses granted by other allies using this feat.

Note: This is a Teamwork Feat, meaning it does nothing unless you and at least one other member of your party each possess this feat.
