Benefit: In addition to the normal effects of the spell, targets of a cutting spell who suffer damage from the spell also suffer Ruptured damage equal to the spell level of the spell (after metamagic feats are applied).

Level Increase: +3 (A cutting spell uses up a spell slot three levels higher than the spell's actual level.)
