Prerequisites: Spellcraft 23 ranks
| Benefit=In addition to the normal effects of the spell, targets of a cutting spell suffer [[Ruptured]] damage equal to the spell level of the spell (after metamagic feats are applied). This ruptured damage applies even if the spell normally does no damage, and even applies if they make a saving throw against the base effects of the spell, as long as there is at least some effect remaining after a save.




Benefit: In addition to the normal effects of the spell, targets of a cutting spell suffer from bleed damage equal to the spell's actual level. If the spell allows a Reflex save, success on that save eliminates the bleed damage as well.
