Your magic rends flesh, even when it should be impossible. Such is the way of your magic.

Prerequisites: Caster Level 21

Benefit: In addition to the normal effects of the spell, targets of a cutting spell suffer from bleed damage equal to the spell's actual level. If the spell allows a Reflex save, success on that save also halves this bleed damage (round down).

Level Increase: +3 (A cutting spell uses up a spell slot three levels higher than the spell's actual level.)
