Deafening Song [Morale]
Prerequisites: Perform 21 ranks, Bardic Performance class feature.
Benefit: When the bard performs her Fascinate song, all affected creatures that fail their saves take -10 on all skill checks made as reactions, such as perception rolls.
Normal: Fascinate causes creatures who failed their saves to suffer a -4 penalty to all skill checks made as reactions, such as perception rolls.
