Using Focus
NPC vehicles do not accumulate focus nor can they accumulate stress. Instead, once per round, NPC vehicles can perform one action which requires focus, as though they had up to 2 points of focus available. This is intended to keep the GM's attention on the combat, instead of book-keeping.
If an NPC vehicle is forced to spend focus, but has already used their focused action for the round (e.g. due to moving off the edge of the map), they take unresistable damage equal to the amount of focus they must spend to address the situation.
NPC Vehicles which have action points can always perform the standard action from a spent action point as though it had focus (up to 2 points) available.
