You can repeatedly close the distance when foes try to move away, without impeding your normal movement.

Prerequisites: Level 11, Step Up (Feat)

Related: Step Up and Strike (Feat)

Benefit: When using the Step Up feat to follow an adjacent foe, you may move up to 10 feet. This may be used even if your foe only moves 5 feet, and you may move to any open square adjacent to that foe using this feat. This may allow flanks, block further movement, etc.

Normal: You can only take a 5-foot step to follow an opponent using Step Up (Feat).
