Grant Initiative (General, Warlord)

Your expertise with battlefield tactics enable you and your allies to react more swiftly.

Prerequisites: Controlled Onrush class feature.

Benefit: When you use your Controlled Onrush to exchange your initiative result with an ally's result, your initiative result becomes your own result minus 1, instead of using the initiative result of your ally. That is, if you rolled a 21 initiative, and you trade that to an ally who rolled a 7 initiative, you may take your turn on 20 instead of on 7.

Normal: You use the initiative result of the ally to whom you've just granted your own initiative result.
