Grease Bomb
Prerequisites: Alchemist 6
Benefit: When the alchemist creates a bomb, he can choose to have it create a grease slick upon detonation. When a grease bomb detonates, it coats an area equal to the bomb's splash radius in grease (as the Grease spell) until the beginning of their next turn. The DC of the Reflex save to avoid falling after a failed Acrobatics check is equal to 10 + 1/2 the alchemist's level + the alchemist's Intelligence modifier. A grease bomb can't affect items or armor.
A bomb given the Grease Bomb property no longer deals any splash damage, though it still deals normal damage to the primary target. Note that the grease portion of the Grease Bomb effect is entirely optional, meaning that this discovery can also be used to make bombs single-target attacks, if the Alchemist so chooses.
Note: This is a bomb modifier discovery, and may not be combined with any other bomb modifier discoveries, until the Alchemist learns the Eureka class ability at level 22.
