Leadership, Epic (Feat)

Epic Leadership

Prerequisites: Cha 25, Leadership feat, Leadership score 25.

Benefit: You attract a cohort and followers as shown below in Table: Epic Leadership. In all other ways Epic Leadership functions as the Leadership feat. For leadership scores below 20 refer to the Leadership feat, and then buy some Charisma.

Special: Cohorts gained by Epic Leadership cannot advance to higher than 20th level, no matter how much experience they earn, unless the 'Legendary Commander' feat is also taken. If Legendary Commander is taken, then the cohort may again advance in levels as described in the Leadership feat.
