You are so skilled with the Long Whip that you can use it in combat without giving your enemies any openings against you.
Prerequisites: Level 1, Proficiency with <Cavalry Whip (Weapon), -OR- Long Whip (Weapon)>
Related: Long Reach Mastery (Feat), Cavalry Whip Mastery (Feat)
Benefit: You learn how to make attacks with long, sweeping, but highly varied motions, almost like a martial dance. All attacks you make with a Cavalry Whip while mounted, or, a Long Whip while adjacent to no occupied, or blocked space, gain a +1 circumstance bonus to-hit.
