You are so skilled with the Long Whip that you can use it in combat without giving your enemies any openings against you.
Prerequisites: Level 1, Proficiency with a Long Whip and/or a Cavalry Whip

Benefit: You learn how to make attacks with long, sweeping, but highly varied motions, almost like a martial dance. All attacks you make with a Cavalry Whip while mounted or a Long Whip while adjacent to no occupied, or blocked space gain a +1 circumstance bonus to-hit.
