Your ranged attacks ignore anything but total concealment and cover.
Prerequisites: BAB +11, Point-Blank Shot (Feat), Precise Shot (Feat)
Related: Accuracy, Uncanny (Feat), Pinpoint Targeting (Feat)
Benefit: Your ranged attacks ignore the AC bonus granted to targets by anything less than total cover, and the miss chance granted to targets by anything less than total concealment. Total cover and total concealment provide their normal benefits against your ranged attacks. This includes negating the AC bonus (+4 for partial cover) provided by intervening creatures between you and your target.
Note: Point-Blank Shot (Feat) allows characters to ignore the AC bonus (+4 for partial cover) provided by intervening creatures between you and your target, against targets within 30 feet. Improved Precise Shot has no such range limitations, and is applicable to many other cover and concealment situations.
