Once per encounter, the wielder of a greater precognitive weapon knows exactly where his victim will be and is able to unerringly critically strike them. Before rolling, the wielder declares that their attack was a natural 20. If the creature struck is susceptible to critical damage, the critical is considered to be automatically confirmed.
