'''Special''': This feat may be used for drinking anything, such as holy water, alcohol, and the like.  If Quaff is used to drink alcohol, and the character has sufficient alcohol available, Quaff always allows you to drink enough spirits in one action to become drunk.  DM's may allow this to work with wine in two actions and beer in three actions. The onset time of Alcohol is ten minutes like all ingested poisons, unless you have a feat or other ability which modifies this.
