Resistance Bonus

A resistance bonus is a bonus that is applied to one or more of a character's saving throws (i.e. Fortitude, Reflex, and Will), though often they are applied to all three. The most common source of a resistance bonus is a magic item, such as the Cloak of Resistance. However, many spells, feats, and abilities can also provide a resistance bonus. Refer to the actual item or effect description for details as to which saving throws are being improved.

Resistance bonuses do not stack with other resistance bonuses. If a character has access to more than one source of resistance bonus, only the highest available value is used.
