Your mastery of magic allows you to cast many of your spells without verbal components, even if they normally require them.

Prerequisites: Caster Level 21, Silent Spell (Feat)

Benefit: You may cast all 0th-, 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-level spells as silent spells without using higher-level spell slots.

You can gain this feat multiple times. Each time you take the feat, the spells of your next three lowest spell levels can now be silenced with no adjustment to their spell slots.

The second time this feat is taken, you may auto-silence spells of levels 4th, 5th, and 6th.

The third time this feat is taken, you may auto-silence spells of levels 7th, 8th, and 9th.

The fourth time this feat is taken, you may auto-silence spells of levels 10th, 11th, and 12th.

The fifth time this feat is taken, you may auto-silence spells of levels 13th, 14th, and 15th.

The sixth (and last) time this feat is taken, you may auto-silence spells of levels 16th and 17th.

This feat has no effect on spells which require more than a standard action to cast.

If stacked with other metamagic feats, this feat removes the verbal component for those spells that require one, and does not increase their required slot level above the requirements of their other metamagic feats.

Note: Since bard spells can't be enhanced with the Silent Spell feat, they can't be affected by this feat either.
