You have chosen to dedicate a fair bit of time and effort at improving your ability with a particular skill.
Prerequisites: Level 1
Related: Skill Specialist (Feat), Skill Prodigy (Feat)
Benefit: Choose one skill. You get a +2 feat bonus on all checks involving the chosen skill, and your critical success chance increases by +1 when making skill checks with the chosen skill (you now achieve a critical skill success on a die result of 19-20, instead of just a 20). The bonus you receive when you critically succeed on a skill check with this skill is +5 (unchanged).
In addition, you no longer critically fail a skill check with the chosen skill on a natural 1 result. Instead, you can only critically fail if you fail the check by 5 or more.
Note that this bonus does not stack with any other feat that provides a feat bonus to this skill, except for the Skill Specialist and Skill Prodigy feats.
Special: You can gain this feat multiple times. Its effects do not stack. Each time you take the feat, it applies to a new skill.
