Sluggish

Condition Severity: Moderate

Sluggish creatures suffer a -5 penalty to all skill checks and are Flat-Footed. Furthermore, concentration checks to combat cast a spell automatically fail. While it is still possible to cast spells while sluggish, it is not possible to do so while in a threatened square.
