Small But Deadly

You have learned to make the most of certain weapons, despite your physical weakness.

Prerequisite(s): Weapon Focus or natural weapon, Small size or smaller.

Benefit(s): When making attacks with your racial natural weapons and weapons for which you have the Weapon Focus feat, you do not suffer any penalties from a low strength score.

Normal: A negative strength modifier would reduce your attack and damage rolls with melee attacks, and your damage rolls with (some) ranged attacks.
